From St Estephe, they make blends of cab sav, merlot and petit verdot. These are very low production and often great drinking wines.
Wines Year Description:
A better performance from the year with this rarer wine, turning heads with its medium bodied, high powered taste. Essence of cherries, earth and herb! 64% cab sav, 33% merlot, 3% petit verdot. Will be drinkable in 2014 and will last for another 25 years. RPJ is still out on that, but gives it 90-93. Invest in this now because it is destined to be upgraded and will shoot in price.
