A dry red blend from St Estephe, this is a rare and cult collectable made by Jean-Guillaume Prats. An advanced investors wine, a wine lover will know it, but may not be to everyone’s taste. Not every year is good for investment so read carefully!
Wines Year Description:
This is one of the best of the series. 98 points. RPJ said it was the best of the year. Has a cult adoration that means if you can find a good price you should buy as much as possible, also because it’s a great wine. Percentages of 68/30/2 of Cab Sav, Merlot, and Cab Franc make this a distinctive and unusual wine. Tastes like black fruits, chocolate and spice box with an aroma that leaps from the glass. Full bodied, this a great achievement. Will last till 2036 and was ready to drink 2006. This was a low quantity production as well. Great investment, prices are now lower due to credit crunch so you will benefit next year.
