Wine Description:
A dry red blend from Pauillac, usually a blend of 80/20 of Cabernet Sav and Merlot. A rich ‘cult’ collectors wine! An estate receiving more attention from the Rothschilds so this may gather pace as an investment in a few years.
Wines Year Description:
A 92 point wine, this is superior to the 2004 at the mo, but still needs 2 more years to grow up like its younger brother. The Rothschild family are taking note of this area, so within a few years some of these products may get more widespread acclaim. 73/27 Cab Sav and Merlot, this is muscular and full bodied with aroma of black fruits, dark meat and roasted herbs. A very well structured wine. Don’t even think about investing in this, at least for a year or so.
