Wine Description:
This is a Premier Cru, 1st growth wine with massive appeal worldwide. The wine is certainly a mainstream investment and you’d be hard pushed to find one that doesn’t make money, but you certainly should do your research and choose the best. If you are buying en premeur (before bottling/before initial grading) then this would be a safe bet. Otherwise buy as a young wine and watch it grow!

93 points – This supple textured Margaux is drinking now thru to 2027 so can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for another two decades. The 2004 is a medium bodied wine similar to both the 1999 & 2001, it displays elegance with its long finish and superb intensity, blueberries, crème de cassis and liquorice are evident alongside silky sweet tannins. Prices rising now through to maturity
