RPJ Score: 98-100
Wine Description: A Premier Cru Classe B, 2nd rank. This wine is a dry red blend from St Emilion. It has a cult fan base and carries cult appeal. You are better to judge after the initial tasting. Look for a scope of 96+.
Wines Year Description: This wine could have been bought in April 2009 on release for £500. It is now selling in the UK for between £1200-1500 per case. It is said to be on par with the 2005 vintage which is now worth £5000 at the high end of the market. If you can buy this wine now, then buy as much as you can. RPJ seems to have fallen in love with it.
