I have been a wine lover since the 80's and I can certainly say that I have had more pleasure in  drinking. I think that the market has been overturned by some new fads based around new world etc, which as most know is a bit of a con unless you have your hands of something trully market worthy, like penfolds grange. even with those, the companies that I have found selling are using some very tenuous types.

i love my Burgundy, Bordeaux and I invest in a few select types. But i do not like that fact that essex boy wheeler dealers and stupid morons ring me giving me investment advice.

I have started using a great little merchant called Cult Wines in Richmond. Went for a wine tasting and decided to go for a few 06 choices. I would prefer to work with a company like this, with real professional's involved, than some of the other companies

having said all that.....

i have bought some decent new worl which has gone up in relatively decent value. The market to sell though I admit is much smaller in the european markets.

You would have to sell to America for Torbreck or Two Hands
